• Recall 77841 [USA]: An oversized clutch disc could cause the vehicle to move unintentionally on the initial start-up, if the driver does not follow the installation instructions and fails to use the service brakes while the hand brake is not applied. unintentional movement of the vehicle could result in a crash or possible injury to persons outside the vehicle.
  Zf service is recall certain clutch kit assemblies, part number sx: k70358-01, shipped to wholesalers as service parts between september 1, 2010, and march 8, 2011. These service parts are intended for use on model year 2003-2006 nissan 350z and infiniti g35 vehicles. The sx: k70358-01 clutch kit contains an oversized clutch disc.
  zf service notify wholesalers to return any affected clutch kit assemblies still in inventory for free replacement kits. This condition will correct itself after the first start-up and usage of the clutch kit. However, if an owner is not satisfied with its performance, zf services will reimburse the owner for the cost of the replacement clutch kit and a reasonable amount for its installation.   On certain vehicles, the fuel filler hose may crack from exposure to ozone. This could cause fuel leakage from the hose while refuelling and the malfunction indicator light (mil) to illuminate as a result of the onboard diagnostic system detecting a leak in the evaporative emission control system. Fuel leakage, in the presence of an ignition source, could result in a fire. Correction: dealers will replace the fuel filler hose.

I purchased 4 new tires for my 2004 nissan 350z, they are the falken pro g5 sport a/s tires p225/45r18 on the front. 245/45/r18 on the rear on 2/06/19 the mileage in was 16,292. On 1/15/20 i took the car out and the car was bouncing all over the road, i took it back to discount tires in las vegas nevada on that same day and they said it was the balance of the tires. When the technician tried to balance the tires he said they are off by over 1 ounce. Another tech came and tried to balance the tires and found a bulge on all 4 tires and opted to replace them all,i only had 69 miles on the tires! I have to say in all my years i have never seen tires develop bulges like these and all 4 needing replacement with only 69 miles on them! I am very nervous with these tires being that they are installed on a nissan 350z with the power the vehicle has.

I bought a 2004 z350 and i bought it on mother's day last month and i got the car in the abarat was already on the car the light was already on when i purchased a car from a dealership and i was told that it was against the law to sell a car with the airbag light on.

Hello, i was leaving a stop sign barely moving and all of a sudden it sounded like a gun going off in my car. Before i could grasp my next thought my car flipped completely over on its side no tires touching the ground! I had to crawl out passenger window . Upon inspection of vehicle this is what was found.

350z recall. 2004 350z . Original owner of car. A couple weeks ago, while driving car hesitated, then resumed but check engine light tcs off light and slip lights on, and remained on. This week while driving 40mph without warning the car hesitated but actually stalled. I was able to somewhat safely pull to right side of road. After 15 minutes of making several phonecalls the car just started as if nothing was wrong and i drove it home. Today it started fine. While enroute to nissan dealership service garage 1 mile to go when at 70mph stalls while in nearing five oclock traffic. Thankfully able to somewhat safely get out of driving lane onto shoulder with steering wheel and brake pedal increasingly becoming harder to operate, put on flashers and waited. I was able to start after 15 minutes without any accidents and shakily took to dealership.

Service engine warning light is on. Car turns of without warning while operating. Cam shaft sensor warning. Car is currently parked outside home.

Airbag warning light illuminated on dash on 2004 350z nissan. This vehicle is not listed for nissan airbag recall. Within warranty period the airbag was previously replaced by planet nissan (dealer las vegas, nv) in 2004 or 2005, not sure of specific date. Dealership said it wasn't covered under warranty but they would take care of it.

Happened in the driveway, fortunately. When the clutch pedal was depressed, it stayed down, and in gear. It was difficult to force the car out of gear. I was then able to manually lift the pedal, and pump it softly to make it stay up. This has not happened since. It is a hydraulic clutch' no leaks, and clutch replaced 2 years ago. The car has been well maintained with only 55k miles on it. Looking on the internet i see this is a common problem, and very unsafe if you are driving and can't get it out of gear.

I have had a problem with the neutral safety switch causing the car to periodically not start. A mechanic made a previous diagnosis but said there were no safety concerns. The car eventually would start all, requiring downtime for repair. Sometimes after sitting over night and sometimes after several errands the car won't start but never this sudden stall. Today, the car stalled while i was in the middle of slowing down to make a left hand turn. It was a two lane mountain road. Cars were able to get around me without incident and i was able to coast backwards to a place of safety. I let the car sit for about 10 min. Which is my usually what i do when it won't start. Put it in neutral after releasing the locked gear shift, with foot on the break, started the car. I am thankful that i hadn't yet merged onto the freeway. *tr
