NAVIGATION MAP DATA UPDATE MATRIX
This bulletin has been amended. Information for 2013 and 2014 vehicles has been added to the
matrix. No other changes have been made. Please discard previous versions.

VEHICLES:
SERVICE INFORMATION
Two methods are used to update/upgrade Navigation Map Data:
1. The customer goes to www.nissannavigation.com and is mailed update disc(s) or SD
Card and installs data, OR
2. The dealership is mailed update disc(s) and the customer must visit the dealership to
have data installed.
Use the matrix on the next page to determine which method is utilized for each Applied
Vehicle.
Nissan Bulletins are intended for use by qualified technicians, not 'do-it-yourselfers'. Qualified technicians are
properly trained individuals who have the equipment, tools, safety instruction, and know-how to do a job
properly and safely. NOTE: If you believe that a described condition may apply to a particular vehicle, DO
NOT assume that it does. See your Nissan dealer to determine if this applies to your vehicle.

DVD – Customer is mailed update disc(s) and can install data; disc(s) are left in disc drive.

HDD – Dealership is mailed update disc(s); customer visits dealership to have data installed.
