• Recall 113532 [USA]: If the engine start/stop button gets stuck in the housing, road vibrations may cause the engine to shut off unexpectedly while the vehicle is being driven, increasing the risk of a crash.
  Nissan north america, inc. (nissan) is recalling certain model year 2014 versa sedan vehicles manufactured july 16, 2013, to january 29, 2014, 2013-2014 cube vehicles manufactured july 3, 2013, to october 21, 2013, and 2013-2014 juke vehicles manufactured july 3, 2013, to october 22, 2013. When exposed to hot temperatures, the affected vehicles have an engine start/stop button that may stick inside the button housing.
  nissan will notify owners, and dealers will modify the start/stop switch housing, free of charge. The recall began on august 4, 2015. Owners may contact nissan customer service at 1-800-647-7261.

• Recall 112877 [USA]: A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source could cause a vehicle fire.
  Nissan north america, inc. (nissan) is recalling certain model year 2012-2014 nissan juke, 2012-2013 infiniti m56, qx56, and 2014-2015 infiniti q70 (v8 engine vehicles only), and qx80 vehicles. The fuel pressure sensors may not have been sufficiently tightened during production. As a result, the fuel pressure sensor may loosen with vehicle usage and cause a fuel leak.
  nissan will notify owners, and dealers will re-torque the fuel pressure sensors free of charge. The recall began on january 25, 2015. Owners may contact nissan customer service at 1-800-647-7261.

  On affected vehicles the fuel pressure sensor may not have been tightened to the correct specification. Heat and engine vibration may cause the sensor to loosen and in extreme cases allow fuel to leak.

  On affected models with a push start ignition switch the switch may remain in the pressed position and not return after switching the engine on. If the vehicle continues to be driven in this condition the emergency engine stop function may operate and cause the engine to unintentionally stop.

• Recall 2015282 [Canada]: Electrical
  On certain vehicles, due to a manufacturing defect the start/stop button could stick inside of its housing. If this occurs, vibration could cause the electrical components inside the button to contact repeatedly in quick succession and initiate the emergency engine shut off procedure while the vehicle is in motion. This could result in increased steering and braking effort, a loss of motive power and would disable the supplemental restraint systems (srs), increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: dealers will inspect and repair defective start/stop switch as necessary.

• Recall 2014539 [Canada]: Fuel supply
  On certain vehicles, the fuel pressure sensor connected to the engine fuel delivery rail may not have been sufficiently tightened during vehicle assembly. Should the pressure sensor loosen, fuel could leak past a gasket used in the connection between the sensor and the rail. Fuel leakage, in the presence of an ignition source, could result in a fire causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: dealers will inspect the pressure sensor and tighten to specification. Note: this is an expansion of recall 2012-074. Vehicles that were repaired under the previous campaign are not affected because that remedy would have corrected the subject condition.

Juke smells like fuel inside and out. Runs through fuel as fast as can be. Feel unsafe to drive.

I came out this morning to a shattered panoramic sun roof. The car was parked all night with no surrounding trees or anything above it. The glass just shattered (exploded) into small pieces with no contact or any type of contact. The car was parked in my driveway all night.

Tl* the contact owns a 2013 nissan juke. The contact stated upon starting the vehicle, a fuel odor was detected in the vehicle. The contact stated that no warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer or independent mechanic for diagnosis or repairs. The contact spoke with the manufacturer and was advised to reach out to the local dealer to get the vehicle diagnosed. The contact researched the vehicle year, make, and model online and linked the failure to nhtsa campaign number: 14v683000 (fuel system, gasoline) however, the vin was not included in the recall. The failure mileage was 149,500.

Car would at times not start up again after running an errand or trip, at first we could jump start the vehicle but later it wouldn't work that way, new battery new starter, alternator replaced nothing worked finally wouldn't start at all machanic found a short in the fuse box he couldn't replace it had to be done at a dealership garage 1200 dollars later everything seems to be working right
