SERVICE INFORMATION
When cleaning the “Front Combination Lamp” (headlight housing) or “Rear Combination
Lamp” (taillight housing) assemblies:

Use only a mild soap (special vehicle soap or general purpose dishwashing liquid)
mixed with clean, lukewarm (never hot) water.

Use a sponge or soft rag.
DO NOT USE:

Strong household soap, strong chemical detergents, gasoline or solvents.
NOTE: Some car washes, especially brushless ones, use some acid for cleaning.
o The acid may react with some plastic vehicle components, causing them to
crack.
o Always check with your car wash to confirm that acid is not used.
Nissan’s New Vehicle Limited Warranty does not cover physical damage to headlight
or taillight housings caused by strong household soap, strong chemical detergents,
gasoline or solvents.
