The car was parked. The power sliding door closed all the way on my child's hand. There is suppose to be a safety mechanism that keeps the door from closing all the way. It did not work and i had to hit the button on the door for it to open and release his hand.

I purchased 2015 nissan quest on july 3, 2019. After i brought it home, noticed it had a nil in front passenger tire. Went back to dealership on july 3, and adv the sales rep steve pusateri. He stated that it would be fixed. Also advised that there is poor acceleration. July 6 2019, had an appt and nothing was found with acceleration, the tire was fixed. On july 11, 2019, my wife was on a road trip, and text steve to advise that the van is shaking and theres a maintenance issue. On august 7th, my wife took the van to dunn tire. That is where they advised her that the tires are t and v rating tires, and they should never be combined and that is dangerous. Dunn tire brought to my attention that the tire depth was at 3-32. Took van back to dealer on thursday august 8, to check out the shaking, they advised that there was a broken belt in one of the tires, and that causes the shaking. At that time, we brought to their attention about the mixture of tires on van. And we also adv that the rear tire was cracked, and leaking air per dunn tire. When we purchased the van, the dealership advised us that the van was certified and had a detailed inspection. On the certified pre owned inspection checklist it reads as follows. The tread depth was at 5-32. How could mike barney nissan certify the vehicle, with a combination of different tires on the van? This was a danger to my wife and 3 children, while they were traveling on the highway.. When we picked up the van on august 13, the can had 4 brand new tires. After leaving that night, the van continues to shake. My wife left a message for service rep august 14, and she has yet to return the call.

When using the left signal all the lights on the dashboard starts flashing on and off. The vehicle was in motion but this happens even when it is in park. I tested it in my driveway.

Our 2015 nissan quest with 47500 miles on it started making a bad noise on sunday 3/26/18, and hesitating as i was driving with my 3 kids back from a short trip. It was a horrible sensation to not know if i could make it home safe with my kids. Took it to nisssn to check it out on monday 3/27/18. I got a call today to tell me that the radiatior gar a leak into the transmission. The transmission is out. I need to replace the transmission, and radiator. Total repair cost almost $6000. They submitted a claim under warranty, which was turned down by nissan because it was not the transmission that fail on it\\\\\\\'s own. But, provoked by the leak by radiator, which is not covered under warranty. I purchased this vehicle in aug. 17. And, cannot believe that nissan is getting away with not fixing this known issue on their faulty radiators on many of their vehicles. I cannot afford the 6k to fix it. So, i don't know what i will do.

I've noticed that in 2016 at about the time i purchased my van it had a jerking whenever you accelerate after coming to a complete stop or even to just accelerate i took it back to the place i got it they test drive the van while i sat in it with them but even then he stated he didn't feel anything so i took it to a firestone shop explained it to them where he took it for a test drive and he saw and felt what i was feeling and he gave me the information to what the was problem i took it back to the place i purchase the car they stated yes it was the problem they changed it but i don't understand why i'm still having the problem and drive it feels like the engine is about to drop out the hood or the transmission i have this issue and it's becoming annoying while driving. I'm paying for this vehicle and i need to get the problem solved. Sometimes i have to take my foot off the gas peddle and allow the vehicle to stop jerking and bucking before i replace my foot to accelerate which then i have to apply lots of gas just so it don't start jerking again.

On march 26th 2016, at 2:31pm, i sat in the vehicle, turned the vehicle on and put it in the drive gear. While my foot was still on the brake, the vehicle started to roll forward. I immediately checked whether the gear was in fact in the drive mode, and both the dashboard and gear box symbols confirmed. I tried to step on the breaks, but the breaks seemed to already be depressed all the way down and locked in that position. I had no control over braking capabilities. After seeing that i had no control over its rolling motion, i quickly depressed the emergency brake. The vehicle finally came to a complete stop. Then i turned the vehicle ignition off. I was prompted to put the vehicle in park mode. I shifted the gear to park and attempted to restart the vehicle. While trying to restart it, the vehicle's break was still completely depressed, although i tried to depress it further with my foot and snap it back to its original position. After a couple of attempts of continuing this action, the brakes finally seemed to unlock and released back into its original position. I had regained control over the braking capabilities of the vehicle. Next, i released the emergency break and put the vehicle in the drive gear once again. I was able to drive the vehicle appropriately thereafter.
