Turn By Turn Directions Not Displayed After Canada Upgrade

Condition/Concern
Turn By Turn directions may no longer be displayed after the Canada OnStar upgrade outlined in the latest version of 15-08-44-001 is performed even
though verbal directions are still provided. It is also important to note if a vehicle is not equipped with the Turn By Turn display option prior to the upgrade, it will
not have it after the upgrade either.
Recommendation/Instructions
Engineering is aware of the issue and is currently researching the concern.
Customer Information
Please communicate to the customer that we apologize for this inconvenience and that General Motors is working on a solution for this concern. Once a
solution is available, this PI will be updated with additional details - allowing dealership personnel to contact the customer to schedule a service appointment and
repair the vehicle
