Please discard Corporate Bulletin Number 10-08-44-006B. Some customers may notice that some navigation radio map discs may have missing or incorrect information. The following list contains some examples: – Missing or incorrect roads, road names or road shapes – Missing or incorrect addresses – Missing or incorrect highway labeling – Missing or incorrect highway exit numbers – Missing or incorrect traffic restrictions – Missing points of interest (POI) or incorrect details, such as location, category or phone number General Motors uses a map database from two different suppliers. The two map suppliers are continually updating their map database and will gladly accept any input regarding missing or incorrect map information on the navigation radio. To report any missing or incorrect information, please access the GM Navigation Disc Center at the following web site: http://www.gmnavdisc.com. At the GM Navigation Disc Center home page, select: Contact Us and then the link to the “Map Reporter program.” In the Map Feedback section, fill in the Brand/Model/ Year of your vehicle. Depending on the navigation system installed in your vehicle, either a Navigation Data Feedback form will appear for you to submit your feedback, or you will be directed to the HERE Map Reporter site. Please provide your feedback and submit the information. Note: You may need to modify your internet pop-up blocker settings and/or hold your Ctrl key while selecting your Brand/Model/Year in order to display the form/website. Due to long software development times, there is no way to estimate when the feedback provided will be incorporated into a future navigation radio map update. GM bulletins are intended for use by professional technicians, NOT a "do-it-yourselfer". They are written to inform these technicians of conditions that may occur on some vehicles, or to provide information that could assist in the proper service of a vehicle. Properly trained technicians have the equipment, tools, safety instructions, and know-how to do a job properly and safely. If a condition is described, DO NOT assume that the bulletin applies to your vehicle, or that your vehicle will have that condition. See your GM dealer for information on whether your vehicle may benefit from the information. Copyright 2014 General Motors LLC. All Rights Reserved. WE SUPPORT VOLUNTARY TECHNICIAN CERTIFICATION
