For vehicles equipped with an 11L engine, the plastic saddle bracket holding the a/c line on the left side of the
engine may move excessively and rub the area where it secures the line. This may result in damage to the
line.

Solution
For vehicles equipped with an 11L engine, the plastic saddle bracket holding the a/c line on the left side of the
engine may move excessively and rub the area where it secures the line. This may result in damage to the line as
shown in the images below.

Repair
1. Replace the damaged hose.
2. Remove the hard plastic saddle and tie.
3. Replace the hard plastic saddle and tie with a 32mm ID
P-Clamp P/N 952640. Use the pre-existing hardware from
the plastic saddle to install the P-clamp.
