Tl* the contact owns a 2006 hyundai entourage. The contact stated that while having the vehicle inspected, it was found that all of the bushings had failed. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where no failure was found. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted about the failure. The failure mileage was 50,000. ..Updated 04/18/13 *bf the consumer stated after hearing a strange creaking and clicking sound over a period of months. He took the vehicle to the dealer to have it inspected. The dealer stated there was a split in the right outer tie rod, which he authorized them to fix. However, a month later, the consumer took the vehicle back to the dealer, because the sound had returned. The technician found the frame bushing had worn out. The consumer authorized them to replace the frame bushing. While replacing the bushing, the technician noticed that the bushing had no resistance and it went it with little force. The consumer stated he continued to hear the noise, so he took the vehicle to his regular mechanic. An inspection revealed the sub-frame was damaged and there were two holes and a crack that had occurred. It was their opinion that the damage was not from natural wear and use; rather it likely occurred during the bushing replacement. Also, the vehicle had numerous electrical problems, since it was purchased. Every couple of months, the consumer would have to replace the light bulbs, because they would constantly go out. The turn signal would work sometimes and sometimes it wouldn't work. Updated 04/24/13
