Cause During the map update process the software download had an interupt which corrupted the software. Action The only available action is to replace the Intergrated Audio Module (IAM) as the maps cannot be reloaded once used. Replacing the IAM will include the latest level Navigation map and updated functionality Technicians - Please rate this SSM and provide comments so that future communications can be improved. 1 = Poor – Basic information provided – The SSM does not help me resolve the customer concern. 3 = Average – Adequate information provided – The SSM partially helps me resolve the customer concern. 5 = Excellent – All required information provided to resolve the customer concern. https://topix.landrover.jlrext.com/topix/service/document/852932 11/8/2017
