New Diagnostic Software Available for Download
Diagnostic software version 2019-5 is now available to download. Dealers should download this
update from your Triumph Diagnostic Software page under the Service/Technical menu and begin
using immediately.
Please ensure all new bikes have the latest software downloaded at PDI.
Please ensure all bikes being serviced have the latest software downloaded.
Please ensure all relevant staff are informed of this update.
**PASSWORD CHANGE: New Password (case sensitive): Moto219
Note: When running the diagnostic software 2019-5 for the first time following installation, you will
be prompted to enter your dealer company details before being able to proceed.

Bug Fix(es):
1. Description: Unlock ECM calibration checks Keyless ECMs fitted to Scrambler XC and Scrambler
XE models were not correctly identified when out of
date.
Fix: Out of date keyless ECMs are now correctly
identified.
2. Description:Certaincalibration descriptions were not
reporting correctly in build data screen.
Background: This was due to certain calibrations
being used across multiple models and VIN ranges
with varying descriptions and market requirements.
Fix: Where this is the case, the following text will be
displayed in the calibration description field.
‘Multiple descriptions in database. Refer to the
download menu for your model and VIN range.’
3. Description:Communications Error message
displayed during immobilizer system pairings on the
Tiger Explorer XR and XC model range.
Fix: Pairings can now completed without
communications errors.
