Technical Background
While performing an ODIS test plan you notice erroneous behavior or problems during diagnosis. This can be an error
or glitch within the ODIS software. This condition is not specific to a particular test plan and may include, but is not
limited to: information or results during a test plan that do not make sense to what is being performed, adaptations not
performing properly, coding procedures not completing, or other various concerns.
Service
Before creating a VTA ticket, we recommend powering down the scan tool completely and start a fresh session of
ODIS. Once the new session has been started, perform the test plan that was having issues and note if it will now
complete successfully.
