    Issue: on certain aerial fire trucks, the bracket that limits the travel of the ladder could loosen over time and separate from the ladder. as a result, the bracket could fall to the ground. safety risk: a bracket that falls from a ladder could create a risk of injury. corrective actions: pierce has repaired all affected fire trucks.
