    Issue: on certain aerial fire trucks, the ladder could rotate unexpectedly to the right when it is being extended due to an error with the control module. safety risk: a ladder that moves unexpectedly could create an increased risk of injury. corrective actions: pierce has repaired all affected fire trucks.
