  Issue: on certain vehicles, there may be an error in the electronic-brake control module software. This could cause the driveline-protection system to activate when a wheel-speed sensor fails. If this happens, the brakes could apply and cause the vehicle to pull to one side. Note: this recall only affects vehicles equipped with four-wheel drive, a 5.3-l engine, and a 3.08 ratio rear axle. The problem can only occur when the vehicle is in four-wheel drive or automatic mode, and travelling at a speed between 66 and 97 km/h (41 and 60 mph). A wheel-speed sensor failure will cause the electronic stability control (esc) and anti-lock braking system (abs) warning lights to turn on, and a "service stabilitrak" message to display.   On certain vehicles, a defect in the ignition lock actuator may make turning the ignition key difficult or cause the key to get stuck in the “start” position. This may be more likely to occur at higher interior ambient temperatures. If the vehicle is driven with the key stuck in the “start” position, and the vehicle experiences a significant jarring event or the vehicle’s interior temperature cools, the ignition key could move out of the “start” position, rotate past the “run” position, and move into the “accessory” position, causing the engine to shut off. This would result in a loss of motive power and affect power steering and power brake system function, which could increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. The timing of the key movement out of the “run” position, relative to the activation of the sensing algorithm in a crash event, may also result in the airbags not deploying in a subsequent collision, increasing the risk of injury.   On certain vehicles equipped with gasoline engines and dual fuel tanks, the fuel level sensor in the front tank could become stuck in the low level position, causing the rear tank to overfill the front tank. If this occurs, the front tank could expand and come in contact with the moving drive shaft which, over time, could create a hole in the front tank and cause a fuel leak. A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source could result in a fire causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: dealers will replace the rear tank fuel pump module or flash the vehicle software. Dealers will also inspect the front tank for damage and replace it as necessary.

Headlights are far to dim and directional to drive safely at night. Had the light fix done at dealer. Now horizontal black line going down hill mean you can only see a very short distance in front of you? Headlights still inadequate .

When at speeds of roughly 50mph seats vibrate. Truck has roughly 3000miles and the frame, rearend and other underbody components have alot of surface rust

The projector headlights are inadequate on a level road, and are dangerous on rolling terrain roads and curves. They could be possibly designed for stationary use in a perfect enviorment but not for moving vehicles, i cannot safely drive this vehicle at night, i fear not only for myself but for other people on and near the path of this vehicle. My mind is clear, there are many blowing the whistle.

Headlight performance is very poor with weak yellow beam both on low and high beams. Difficulty seeing during night driving, especially at highway speeds in dark areas, is very hazardous, even worse during rain. I am concerned about my safety and that of my family while driving this truck at night. The projector-style headlamps on the vehicle were dim with a yellow color and provided inadequate front and side illumination. The headlight aim was raised, which resulted in little improvement.

My vehicle shakes at highway speed. I can feel it in the steering wheel, and seat. Visually i can see the bed of the truck shake. The issue has not gone away.

Tl* the contact owns a 2015 gmc sierra. While driving at night, the low beam headlights failed to illuminate sufficiently. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 7,500.

The headlights with which this vehicle are equipped are dim and unsafe. I have owned many vehicles, including several made by gm, and this one is the worst. The illumination of the roadway is insufficient to discern hazards on/near the roadway at night. This is true at any reasonable speed and is much, muc hworse during inclement wx, particularly when raining.

Driving north on the garden state parkway in the center lane it felt like i had a back tire blowout but what happened was my rear axle broke causing my vehicle to be extremely hard to control. I was trying to steer the vehicle but could not control the truck, it felt like i had limited braking ability, smashing into guardrail it finally came to a stop.
