PURPOSE
Several aftermarket cleaning solvents are available for removing protective vehicle wrap (RAPFilm) adhesive residue. However, some solvents may be harmful to the vehicle's body paint
and some plastic parts. Many Mitsubishi dealers have reported good results using Biosol 100
cleaning solvent to remove RAP-Film adhesive residue. This bulletin contains instructions and
Material Safety Data Sheets for Biosol 100 use.

PROCEDURE
1. Use Biosol 100 solvent full strength (undiluted).
2. Do not apply Biosol 100 in bright sunlight. Park the vehicle in a shaded area before applying
Biosol 100.
3. Apply Biosol 100 to the affected area. Allow it to work for 3 to 5 minutes.
4. Rinse with water or remove the solvent by wiping with a clean rag. If necessary, apply Biosol
100 a second time.
5. When rinsing the solvent off the vehicle, be sure the solution is not disposed of through
storm drains/sewers. Dispose of in accordance with local, state, and Federal regulations.
6. Rinse the affected area or wash the entire vehicle with soap and water.
