Due to improper installation of the film wrap, a bubble may be present and allow moisture such as humidity to remain on the painted surface for a long period of time. As a result, a stain or cloudy spot may appear on the clear coat. It is not necessary to repaint the affected area. This TSB instructs the dealers of the repair procedure for removal of the stain. AFFECTED VEHICLES ALL vehicles REPAIR PROCEDURE DO NOT REPAINT THE VEHICLE FOR THIS CONDITION. Dry the stain (cloudy spot) by applying heat from a ultraviolet heat lamp or blow dryer set on hot or high heat.
