Please discard PIT5099B. The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI. Condition / Concern Customer may comment that there A/Cblows warm or they have poor A/C performance. Recommendations / Instructions When technical assistance is required and before calling GM AC, T the following information will be helpful in assisting withdiagnosing the vehicle. Please have the following information available: * A/C High and Low pressures * Refrigerant solenoid valve command in HVAC data (if equipped) * Outside temperature * Humidity * Vent temperature If the unit is equipped with an Automatic HV AC system, go into the HVAC data with the scan tool and get the following readings: * Inside temperature sensor reading * Outside temperature sensor reading * Duct temperature sensor readings * Evaporator temperature sensor reading (if equipped) NOTE: Dealers should always be prepared to provide SI Doc ID(s) or Bulletin / PI #(s) when calling into GM TAC. Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step.
