Passenger front door handle snapped free when attempting to open. The rear plastic retaining cap failed prematurely on a seldomly used door. The failure resulted in the door not being able to be opened from the outside. If this occurred during an emergency situation where the front passenger was incapacitated and needed rapid extraction it is probable the passenger would wind up a fatality.

While driving during the day or night, the headlights switch on and off. This occurs when the lights are in the auto mode. The dash shows the lights go from auto to drls to off then back on. This happens randomly and is extremely dangerous when driving at night. The dealership refuses to fix the issue because they 'say' they cannot replicate. There needs to be an investigation before something tragic happens and not after something tragic happens. I have a video of this occurring but cannot upload it to the site.
